A 33-YEAR-OLD man was shot dead in barangay Ylaya, Ronda town, southern Cebu.
Police said Ramilito Tomaquin driving a motorcycle on his way home when an unidentified assailant waylaid him past 11 p.m Wednesday night.
PO2 Myrla Saurnido said personal grudges and illegal drug connections are being looked into as possible motives of the crime.
