ORANGE Brutus, the household name when it comes to great-tasting original Cebuano food, celebrates its 35th year of serving savory meals and snacks this year. Over three decades, the brand takes pride in having been part of every customer’s delightful dining experience.

Established in April 1, 1980, Orange Brutus’ humble beginnings are etched along the streets of Colon where its first store was located. “Orange Brutus started as a small store that served snacks like burgers, foot-long hotdogs and sandwiches,” shared Orange Brutus chief executive officer Jocelyn Kokseng who said that the store wouldn’t have been born had it not been for her husband and his friend. “We wanted the people to know that we could offer them more food choices. So not long after, we introduced to them our meal lines that were well received by the public.”

In the mid-80’s, Orange Brutus added more delectable food choices to their menu that would later on become their signature dishes like Burger Steak, Chicken Brutus, and their original Arroz Caldo. They also serve affordable combo meals for students. All these dishes have easily gained the favor of the market and have become the most sought-after choices of their diverse customers. Orange Brutus also ensures that their food is clean and healthy as their ingredients undergo Ozonation process, an advanced method of cleansing and purifying their ingredients without sacrificing their nutritive value.
