THE Villar Group is bringing its condominium brand Vista Residences to Cebu.

The first project, Vista Suarez, will be built along Gorordo Ave. in Cebu City. It will cost nearly P4 billion.

“It’s that area where we have our Camella office now. Vista Suarez will have two towers with 1,100 units,” said Manny Villar, Villar Group of Companies chairman, yesterday.

Vista Suarez will be developed over five years. It will have commercial, office and condotel units.

“The ground floor will be for commercial, second and third floors for office units and 950 units for condotel,” Villar said.

He added they were in talks with an international hotel chain for the condotel’s operations.

Vista Residences is the  fifth brand under the Villar group with presence in Cebu. Others are Camella Homes, Lumina Homes, Golden Haven Memorial Park and Starmalls, Inc.

Villar said they were very confident of the market in Cebu because of high demand from Filipino buyers based abroad.
