Ruel Garces and Leonardo Desnan had standing arrest warrants for drug charges. They were arrested in a house in barangay Pitalo.

Supt. Romeo Santander said 13 packs believed to contain shabu were seized from the two men.

Santander, chief of the City Intelligence Branch of the Cebu City police, said they tracked down the two men following last week’s operation where police seized a kilo of shabu from a suspected drug courier in barangay Labangon, Cebu City.

Also seized in the San Fernando operation were a shotgun, two .38 revolvers, and three motorcycles.
