THE Cebu City Department of Social Welfare and Services (DSWS) in Katipunan Street, barangay Labangon, in coordination with the DSWD 7, is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the parents of Adrian Kahoy Canoy.
Adrian, 5, was found abandoned along T. Padilla extension and Tejero Street last Sept. 29 at around 8:30 p.m.
The DSWD 7 is calling on Adrian’s parents, Amy Kahoy and Damiano Dagohoy, and relatives to claim the child within two months from this publication. Failure of the parents to appear will subject the child for abandonment proceedings at the DSWD Central Office.
