FIVE men were arrested in a drug buy-bust operation in Minglanilla town, southern Cebu.
Ian Gimenez, 29; Elmer Baptismo, 32; Jose Borda, 37; Jerome Largo, 37; and Louie Janes, 40, were arrested in a house believed to be used as a drug den in barangay Poblacion Ward 1.
Gimenez was the target of the operatives of the Regional Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operation Task Force.
Senior Insp. Mark Henrix Bancoleta, the team leader, said Gimenez sold a pack of suspected shabu worth P200 to a police decoy.
The four other men were also arrested when they were caught sniffing shabu, said police.
Police said they seized a .45 caliber pistol and 12 packs of suspected shabu.
Gimenez denied being a drug pusher. He said he just happened to be in the house when the police arrived.
