TAFT Property Venture Development Corp. (TPVDC) will offer additional residential units and expand the retail component of Horizons 101 to meet the high demand.
Christopher Narciso, TPVDC president and chief operating officer, said they will build more condominium buildings in the area.
Horizons 101 was originally planned for two high-rise towers, one with 55 levels and the other with 46.
Narciso said the first tower is sold out, except for four floors reserved for the owners. Turnover of over 800 units to buyers started in the first week of December.
“So far we have turned over 12 units and should be completely turned over by May next year,” he said.
Narciso said they have also started building the second tower, which is expected to be completed by mid-2017.
“The second tower is 70 percent sold with about 600 units. We are confident that we can sell all units by next year.”
Narciso said they have an additional 3,000 square meters of the existing 4,600 square meters area where they built the two towers.
“The third tower will be introduced next year. We’re still finalizing the plans so I can’t give details now,” he said.
