SILOY IS WATCHING: The manhole on the sidewalk at the corner of Jakosalem and Ranudo street was not properly covered, The dirty water was seen almost overflows and it is dangerous to the pedistrians: ATTENTION: DPS AND BARANGAY COGON RAMOS LETS NOT WAIT FOR ACCIDENT TO HAPPEN.
