THE Cebu South Bus Terminal (CSBT) will again be temporarily transferred to the South Road Properties (SRP) this weekend for the Sinulog Grand Parade.

It will be located near the Kasadya sa SRP fair, said Emil Membrillas, assistant information officer of the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB-7).

The terminal will be temporarily closed at 5 a.m this Saturday until 11 p.m. of Sunday, he said.

The bus terminal lies along the carousel route of the Sinulog Grand Parade on January 17.

Transport leaders and bus operators will meet today to discuss details of the transfer and how many jeepneys will be allowed to ply routes to the SRP near the Compania Maritima area, where jeepneys will pick up and carry passengers to the temporary bus terminal at the SRP and back.

Traffic enforcers can apprehend jeepneys that lack the required LTFRB sticker for this.
