Lapu has new police chief too

Senior Supt. Arnel Amor Libed took over as acting police director of Lapu-Lapu City, replacing Senior Supt. Armando Radoc who was assigned to the Police Regional Office in Central Visayas (PRO-7) based in Cebu City.

Before he was transferred to Lapu-Lapu, Libed was with the Research and Development Division in Camp Crame, Philippine National Police headquarters based in Quezon City.

The transfer was part of the nationwide reshuffle at the PNP as part of the preparations for the May 9 elections.
