LOCAL supporters of Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte are selling customized T-shirts, fans and rash guards to help raise funds for his campaign.

Duterte items can be brought from an apartment located near Dynasty Hotel in Barangay Capitol Site in Cebu City.

T-shirts are priced at P100 to P250 while the rash guards cost P25 each.

The fans cost P15. Dr. Rowena Burden, the group’s spokesperson, said the Cebu for Duterte movement will soon announce on Facebook how other supporters can avail of their products.

Sebastian “Baste” Duterte, Mayor Duterte’s son, joined the movement’s launch on Wednesday morning.

He will also be joining Cebu for Duterte caravan to Cebu’s northern and southern towns on Thursday. The caravan will start from SRP to Carcar City then to Danao City as a homecoming for Mayor Duterte in CTU-Danao.

Baste defended his father from Liberal Party presidential candidate Mar Roxas’ criticisms on the mayor’s failure to address the drug problems in Davao City.

Baste said while drug problems in Davao City have not been totally eliminated, his father managed to minimize this.

He also assured Cebuano voters that his father would be able to stand by his commitment to address the country’s criminality problems in three to six months if he is elected president.
