“Golden Cowrie and Hukad’s new dishes celebrate the Philippine’s dynamic food culture. Sizzling Pork Paklay

For starters, try Golden Cowrie’s take on an original southern recipe: the Sizzling Pork Paklay, paired with the restaurant’s succulent baked scallops. Well-seasoned, fresh Garlic Chili Shrimps give a burst of flavors with every bite and can stand alone as an appetizer or one of the main courses. Apart from its much raved about crispy pata, try a hearty serving of Sizzling Porkchop, complemented with a sweet soy chili sauce. Golden Cowrie pioneered the unlimited rice concept but for something new, try the Pancit Habhab, made of sautéed fresh Miki noodles topped with vegetables, shrimps and crispy chicharon and wrapped in a banana leaf, a must-have in every celebration.

With the recent renovation of Golden Cowrie’s main branch in Lahug, the homegrown Filipino restaurant offers a new and exciting dining experience to its patrons who, over the years, have developed a more discerning palate and have grown to love the homegrown brand.
