TOLEDO City Mayor John Henry Osmeña received a new mandate after receiving 41,024 votes from constituents.
Osmeña was proclaimed winner in the city’s mayoral race at 4 a.m. today by City Election Officer Gallardo Escobar.
Osmeña’s opponents James Gaite received 21,338 votes while Rudy Espinosa and Boy Tamorong each received 13,434 and 231 votes respectively.
