The man who hung himself at the old bridge yesterday was identified by his family member at the funeral home in Lapu-Lapu City.
Seriaca Caballero, a Toledo City native who went to Lapu-Lapu City positively identified her 30-year-old son Dennis Caballero Sipsip as the man who committed suicide.
Sipsip hanged himself at the Mandaue-Mactan bridge using galvanized iron wire yesterday afternoon.
