Vagrant found dead in Manalili

AN unidentified man was found dead at Manalili Street in downtown Cebu City on Thursday at 9:30 p.m.

His body was discovered by Elizabeth Villegas, a mango vendor.

Villegas narrated to the Cebu City Police Office that the victim, believed to be a vagrant, appeared to be exhausted earlier at 7 p.m.

She asked the victim what was wrong with him, but he said he was fine. She even entrusted her goods to the victim but when she came back at around 9:30 p.m., the victim was unresponsive. The victim’s body was brought to the St. Francis Funeral Homes on N. Bacalso Avenue. /USJ-R Intern Dafne N. Wenceslao
