WATERFRONT Cebu City Hotel and Casino (WCCH) and Waterfront Airport Hotel and Casino Mactan (WAHC) held their Top Accounts Appreciation party last June 17 at the Pacific Grand Ballroom of WCCH. Colors of green and blue greeted the guests and awardees as the ballroom was taken Under the Sea, with a wide array of international cuisine, besting out seafood favorites that delighted the invitees.
This annual appreciation party is a chance for the two hotels to recognize its clients, ranging from travel agencies, companies and organizations that have been loyal to the hotel in its room and function bookings in the year 2015. It was also an affair to strengthen its relationship with its existing clients, as well as to kick-off WAHC’s 20 year anniversary celebration.
“While ‘thanks’ has a nice ring to it, words just don’t carry the gravity of actions. If you’re in the customer service business—and every business is, in some capacity—you should strive to continually show your gratitude to customers in fun and memorable ways,” said WCCH Sales Manager, Gayle Moro-Luayon.
The night was attended by representatives of the hotels’ awardees and some members of the press. Performances from UCDC and Jolianne Salvado of The Voice Kids entertained the guests during the affair as well.
