TRYSTAN Chu tallied 26 points and Ian Ocampo set an Elite Basketball Club Cebu all-time high of 10 steals for the Panthers to help the team post a 95-71 blowout against the Seahawks last Friday night at the Visayan Glass Gym in Guadalupe.

Ocampo only managed to chip in four points but his defensive efforts were enough to give the Panthers squad its fourth win of the season for a 4-1 (win-loss) record good for second place in the team standings.

The Seahawks, who now have identical records with the Panthers and is at third place in the standings, were led by Ruel Navarez’s 25 points.

In the second game, the Falcons beat the Stallions, 71-61.

Malvin Malicdem and Manuel Ponce were the highest pointers for the Falcons with 15 and 12 points, respectively.

Keane Matias chipped in 18 markers for the Stallions.
