Cebu City Councilor-elect Dave Tumulak took his oath of office before Regional Trial Court Branch 7 judge Soliver Peras on Friday morning.
Tumulak said he went ahead of his Team Rama allies because of a scheduled business trip to Malaysia on Friday afternoon.
He asked Peras to administer his oath of office because “he is a close friend.”
“At the same time, he was my superior at the Phil Army 701st reserve company. Parehas mi reserve sa army,” he told CDN in a text message.
