CCTO reimplements anti-dispatching ordinance, nabs eight

Cebu City Transportation Office (CCTO) apprehended eight people on Monday after they re-implemented the anti-dispatching ordinance of the city.

Yap said that they apprehended eight people along Colon Street, Leon Kilat street and in Barangay Lahug as of Monday.

Those caught will pay a penalty of not less than P3,000 and or less than six (6) months imprisonment.

CCTO acting head Atty. Rafael Christopher Yap said that Cebu City mayor Tomas Osmeña has ordered strict re-implementation of the said ordianance, hence the operation.
