THE public is advised to avoid heading to the South Road Properties (SRP) which was closed after a cement mixer truck blocked the lanes at the entrance of the SRP tunnel.
The Cebu City Transportation Office said the truck rammed the center island and five street lights. The agency says the streetlights also blocked the way that not even a motorcycle can pass through. As of now the cement mixer is still at the SRP and CCTO called on the public to use the highway instead.
