Drug suspect shot down by motorcycle riding assailants
A self-confessed drug pusher who previously surrendered to the police was gunned down in sitio Suba, Brgy. Poblacion, Liloan town at 8 pm Tuesday.
PO3 Jason Gayo, duty desk officer of the Liloan police precinct, said their investigation showed that two motorcycle riding men arrived at the area and one of them shot Eddie Pangatongan.
The victim was playing mahjong at the time. Gayo said based on their records, Pangatongan, a resident of sitio Talong, Barangay Calero surrendered last month during the PNP’s Oplan Tokhang.
Gayo said their investigators are still at the crime scene interrogating eye witnesses.
