A SUSPECTED drug user was shot dead while heading home from work at Lawis Riverside Barangay Pasil in Cebu City last Sunday evening.
The 49-year-old Neptali Sulotan was shot down by unidentified suspects and was rushed to the Cebu City Medical Center but failed to make it.
His wife Helen Sulotan admitted that he was a drug user.
