Suspect linked to Danao precinct strafing killed in drug bust
ONE of the suspected gang members of detained drug lord Alvaro “Barok” Alvaro linked to the strafing of a Danao City police precinct was killed in a drug bust operation in Sitio Guisok, Barangay Tuburan Danao City on Friday.
The suspect was identified as Christian Baton, a resident of the area.
PO3 Ronald Gomez of the Danao City police precinct said the suspect pulled out his firearm after noticing the presence of police and fired at them, causing police to fire several shots at him.
Baton was rushed to the hospital but failed to make it.
Recovered from his possession were sachets containing shabu, P200 marked money and P300 in earnings.
