Netters from around the country are set to take part in the 11th year of the Cebuana Lhuillier Age Group Tennis Tournament today in various venues in Cebu City.
To be able to accommodate the nine categories, there will be two venues for the tournament: the Citigreen Tennis Resort in Punta Princesa, Cebu City and the Alta Vista Golf and Country Club in Pardo.
The categories of the tournament are the 10-unisex, 12-under boys and girls, 14-under boys and girls, 16-under boys and girls and the premier 18-under boys and girls.
Topping the list of competitors are Cebuana Shyne Villareal, who turns 18 today, Carcar Cebu’s Elizabeth Abarquez, Lapu-Lapu City’s Chad Connor Cuizon and Naga City’s Marc Nicole Suson.
Visiting netters include Dumaguete City’s Ibarra Ortega, Zamboanga Del Norte’s Sydney Enriquez and Zamboanga and Sibugay’s Jose Maria Pague.
