ASPRING basketball players will get a chance to learn from the best when the Dondon Hontiveros-led Alaska Powercamp opens on May 9 to 16.
Hontiveros said they are still finalizing where to hold the clinic but the plan is to have it at the University of San Jose-Recoletos Basak Campus in Cebu City.
Those who want to take part in the camp can already register by contacting mobile numbers 0995-7139-775, 0949-9885-550 and 0995-7298-928.
Registration fee is pegged at P2,500, good for eight sessions.
After the camp, participants will have a chance to immediately showcase their new skills through the Alaska Cup basletball tournament on May 19 to 21.
With a registration fee of P1,500, the tournament will have three age-group divisions. Prizes await the winners, said Hontiveros.
Young participants are encouraged to join in the tournament as adjustable basketball goals will be used, Hontiveros revealed.
