SEVERAL firearms were turned over by tanods of Barangays Buenavista and Tuyom of Carcar City southern Cebu last Monday.
Buenavista tanods Isagani Satuita, Aurelio Geloca and Carmelo Lania turned over two revolvers and an improvised shotgun while Tuyom tanods Renmar Tanudtanud and Reynante Apura three revolvers and one makeshift shotgun to the police.
Chief Insp. Randy Korret, Carcar City police chief, said they are cracking down on loose firearms in the city.
