Cebuanos told to prepare for ‘weak’ La Niña

Pagasa Visayas head Oscar Tabada said weak La Niña expected to bring rains in Cebu and rest of the Visayas starting next month.
Tabada warned Cebuanos of flooding and landslides that may result from above normal rainfall is expected while the weak La Niña is in effect on the island. He is asking government agencies to prepare to mitigate the effects of constant raining.
