Te scores 42 as 2004-BMEG wins in SHAABAA

Franco Te was scorching hot, scoring 42 points to lead the 2004-BMEG past the 2002- KJO Prints and Advertising Solutions, 97-83, in Division B of the 23rd SHAABAA 2018 in Cooperation with Island Premium Paints last weekend at the Magis Eagles Arena in Canduman, Mandaue City.

Te also had four rebounds, six steals and two assists as 2004 notched its third win in five games. 2002 remained winless in four tries.

In another match, the 2000-Core Pacific beat the 2005-Castcrete Builders Inc., 76-69.

Starring for 2000 was Serg Go Bui who had 20 points, eight rebounds and five assists to help the team pick up its third win four games. 2005 fell to 2-3 (win-loss).

2001-Mega Value also edged the 2006- Prince Warehouse, 46-41, behind Joema Casenas’ 12 points. 2001 has now evened their record up at 2-2.

In Division A, the 1990-Bayfront continued its dominance, racking up its eighth win in a row after decimating the 1996-Vic Enterprises, 63-50.

Dave Lim was unstoppable in that game with 19 points and 21 rebounds.

The 1994-Corenergy also beat the 1989-Chick@Phil, 57-50, while the 1998-Toyota Mabolo defeated the 1992-Edcon Glass, 79-62.
