3 killed in Talisay City anti-drug operation
Three men were killed after resisting from police arrest in a drug operation in Sitio Mananga 2, Barangay Tabunok, Talisay City, Cebu at past 4 a.m. on Wednesday (October 17).
Chief Insp. Ardiolito Cabagnot of the Talisay City Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) identified the fatalities as Norberto Larigo, Ryan Mana-ay, and Clifford Garcia Rabago.
Based on the initial police report, the suspects observed that police officers were conducting an anti-illegal drug operation in their area.
Seized from them were packs of suspected shabu, and three pistols from each suspect.
