IPI float
IPI won the grand prize in Panabenga Festival, last February 23. They competed against the best floats of Baguio City. The first prize winner is the IPI-Casino Femme Alcohol Float, followed by 2nd placer Department of Agriculture and 3rd placer NLEX, North Luzon Expressway. The float will again compete in Aliwan Festival this April 26.
