CEBU CITY, Philippines — A foreign national was reported to have drowned in Kawasan Falls, one of Cebu’s prime tourist attractions located in Barangay Matutinao of Badian town, 104 kilometers southwest of Cebu City.
The incident was confirmed by Police Master Sergeant Melvin Collados of the Badian police but he declined to provide details, including the nationality of the foreign tourist, as the matter is still investigated./elb
