NOT even the strongest storm could stop AppleOne Banawa Heights from topping-off of the first tower. Last Saturday, July 19, was a day to celebrate for this development.

AppleOne Banawa Heights is the second and indeed a huge project of AppleOne Properties Inc. This project will provide Cebuanos a better way of living and making them experience San Francisco.

The first tower has 295 units and all are already sold out since September of last year according to Yvet V. Andalis, the Executive Vice President of the company. The totality of this project consists of 1,316 condominium units in 3 towers, 10 villas, and 6 mansionettes lying on a 2.8 hectare land.

Andalis said 75% of the units in Apple One Banawa Heights have already been sold in just a span of 16 months. On January of year 2015, buyers from the first tower are already expected to enjoy the luxury of their investment.

Most of those who attended the topping-off ceremony were the brokers and partner agents of AppleOne in bringing in the good news to the Cebuanos. These agents got a chance to travel abroad for the international road shows. The company has already initiated 15 road shows in different countries bringing 10-23 brokers or agents abroad. This leads to getting a huge number of professional Filipino workers abroad to buying units.

The company aims for completing the project in seven years but Andalis said that with the continuous will of buyers and agents in dealing with the project, it could only take them less than five years to sell all the units.
