Two lending collectors  said they were robbed by motorcycle-riding men in Toledo City Thursday morning.

At 11 a.m. in barangay Ilihan, Benjie Trinidad, 21, collector of 1st Golden Peck Credit Corp. and his driver, Luige Amoto, were collecting payments from their customers when two men wearing face masks and helmets suddenly arrived and robbed them at gunpoint. Trinidad said they took his  P30,000 collection money and cellphone.

About 20 minutes later, another collector was  robbed in barangay Talavera.

Raymart Rabago, 21, collector of Alcatraz Finance Service told  police that he was robbed by two men who fled with his P5,000 collection money.

PO3 Carlos Barluado said the robbers in both cases were not the same perpetrators based on the description given by the collectors.
