A strong gust of wind was experienced by residents of Minglanilla town at 1:40 p.m., Monday
PO2 Nikki Carlo Plarisan, Minglanilla police desk officer, said a fence was damaged when the tornado hit barangay Poblacioin Ward 1 near the town’s public market.
No one was hurt in the incident.
The state weather bureau Pagasa issued a thunderstorm warning signal at 1:55 p.m. over Carcar Ciy, San Fernando town and the cities of Naga and Talisay.
