City Council backs passage of sign language law

The Cebu City Council signed a position paper supporting the call of the deaf community in Cebu to support the passage of the Filipino Sign Language Act into law.
Councilor Alvin Dizon presented the position paper of the Cebu Association of the Deaf which was signed by the council.
