A 48-year-old man was caught with 4 sachets of suspected shabu, a pack of marijuana and a caliber .22 revolver Derringer at a checkpoint last Thursday night near the Cebu Business Park access road.
Eliasar Urbina of Minglanilla town, southern Cebu, was proceeding from Mandaue City when he was caught with the illegal drugs and gun as he was stopped on his motorcycle at a checkpoint at 9 p.m., said Senior Insp. Vincent Zosobrado.
Urbina is detained at the Cebu City police office pending the filing of charges.
