Mandaue City Hall employees, barangay workers and staff of the Department of Education (DepEd) attended an early morning foot parade, part of the day long activities for Mandaue City’s Charter Day celebration Tuesday.
The parade came after a Mass at the National Shrine of St. Joseph at 6:30 am. Mandaue City Mayor Luigi Quisumbing led the unveiling of the portrait of the past mayors of the city with their families.
