ABOUT 200 employees of the Cebu provincial government and its top officials are undergoing a random drug test at the Capitol grounds this afternoon.
Among the officials who underwent the drug test were Cebu Gov. Hilario Davide III and Provincial Board Member Carmen Durano-Meca. Davide chairs the Provincial Anti-Drug Commission.
The drug test was administered by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency.
