The Cebu City Traffic Operations Management (Citom) will open the closed lanes of S Osmena road following the completion of its concreting project there.
Citom operations chief Joy Tumulak said half of the other lane bound for Cebu City will be closed starting next week for the removal of asphalt and pouring of cement.
But the right lane close to Sugbutel will be open for light vehicles. Other vehicles will be diverted to J. Biones Street located parallel to S. Osmena road.
