“Let us make Talisay City drug-free.”

Talisay City Mayor Eduardo Gullas gave this message during the anti-drug rally held at a mall in the city on Friday morning.

Gullas urged those who attended the event to support the anti-drugs and criminality campaign of President Rodrigo Duterte.

He also urged them to also support his other initiatives including the push for a federal system of government for the country.

The Talisay City government thru its officials and law enforcement agency held the rally to show their support on the anti-illegal drugs campaign of the present administration.

Organized by the Talisay City Police Office (TCPO), at least a hundred showed up at the parking space of a big mall in Barangay Tabunok.

The program started at past 9 a.m. with attendees including students from the Talisay City College (TCC), barangay officials, and the drug surrenderees of the city.

Councilor Arturo Bas, who heads the committee on peace and order, also graced the event.
