Carpenter gunned down at construction site

A CONSTRUCTION worker was shot down by an unidentified assailant while at the lower level of a construction site in R. Padilla Street, Barangay Duljo-Fatima, Cebu City Monday morning.
PO3 Winston Gonzales said the 19-year-old victim identified as Edgardo Pat Altubar is a resident of barangay Tisa, Cebu City and is not facing any drug charges. Altubar died on the spot due to a gunshot wound on the head.
