COMMISSIONERS from the Central Board of Assessment Appeals (CBAA) will be conducting a forum and free legal consultation on Real Property and its Tax implications on Friday, Oct. 7, 2016.
The CBAA commissioners, Roberto Geotina, Thelma Mariano and Chairman Manuel D.J. Siaynco arrived today to meet with its hearing officers to check on the status of appealed cases filed before the Board.
They will talk about the mandate of the four CBAA. Former Cebu City Treasurer Ofelia Oliva will talk on real property tax.
The forum is a project of the CBAA in coordination with the Office of Senior Citizens’ Affairs (OSCA) and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Cebu City chapter. The forum and free legal consultation will be held at the IBP Social Hall, IBP Bldg., Capitol Compound, Cebu City, from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., in celebration of Senior Citizen’s Month.
Those who have concerns or questions regarding real property and real property tax are invited to attend the forum.
