TO address the health needs of the growing number of police personnel in the city, a 10-bed clinic inside the Cebu City Police Office compound on Gorordo Avenue will be developed into a Level 1 infirmary next year.

This was said by Philippine National Police Health Service (PNPHS) acting director Chief Supt. Robert Quenery yesterday during his visit to the Police Regional Office in Central Visayas (PRO-7) headquarters.

They plan to add 15 more beds to the facility to accommodate more patients. “There’s already a memorandum of agreement for the completion of this health facility,” Quenery told reporters.

Quenery said the bidding of the project will begin sometime this month. The project will require a budget of P20 million.
