Iron Wood Property Ventures tops off NorthStar Condo

HOMEGROWN property developer Iron Wood Property Ventures, Corp. (IWPVC) marked a milestone with the topping off of its first condominium project – “NorthStar” , done last Dec 14, 2016.

The ceremony established the completion of the structural phase of the gorgeous, well designed edifice, 16-storey building which sits on a 1,250 square-meter lot along Larrazabal Ave.,at the North Reclamation Area in Mandaue City.

On the side of the developer, the event was graced by Ramon L. Cabahug Jr., President of Iron Wood Property Ventures Corp., Atty. Emeline Bullecer Cabahug, the company’s Chief Finance Officer, NorthStar Project Manager- Engr. Michael Lureñana; and Roy M. Aznar, the head of Sales and Marketing department for NorthStar Condo. The contractor’s side, was led by Pro Builder’s President – Architect Paul Morgia, together with his top Engineers and reliable staff members.

Since it began construction in July of last year, NorthStar Condominium has already posted a sales take-up of more than 75 percent. As of this writing, they only have about 42 units available for sale. IWPVC expects the project to be sold out even before its expected completion in September of 2017.

Most of the project’s unit buyers are parents who have children studying at a nearby medical school, Overseas Filipino Workers, foreigners, medical and young professionals.

NorthStar’s unit sizes range from 32 to 111 square meters and are priced between PhP2.9 million and PhP9.8 million. All units are well ventilated, with lots of natural lights. Each unit also has its own functional balcony.

The project has a total of 186 residential units categorized as studio, bedroom, loft and premium loft. The condo’s amenities include a fitness gym, yoga area, 22-meter lap pool, function room, art gallery and roof garden.

Building features include 100 percent back-up generator, car access elevators, balcony and intercom with camera in every unit, bike racks and commercial spaces on the ground floor.

For those who want to get a feel of what living in NorthStar will be like, its showroom is located on A.C. Cortes St., Mandaue City, right beside Copenhagen Residences –which is also owned and operated by Iron Wood Property Ventures Corp.
