VINCE Ranile and Joirene Salcedo combined for 37 points to lift the Seahawks to a 74-70 win over the Stallions in the Elite Basketball Club – Cebu last Sunday night at the Visayan Glass Gym in Guadalupe, Cebu City.
Ranile and Salcedo scored 19 and 18 markers, respectively, as they stopped the fourth-quarter surge of the Stallions, who were down by as many as 20 points.
The Rams, on the other hand, improved their win-loss record to 2-0 after dominating the Lions, 78-72, in the night’s final game.
