Three police officials shipped to Mindanao

THE Police Regional Office had yet to verify whether the transfer of the three top officials in Central Visayas was part of Camp Crame’s rotation of assignments or came as penalty for various offenses.

Chief Supt. Noli Taliño, PRO-7 chief, said he was ordered by Camp Crame to enforce the transfer of Supts. Nechomedes Olivar, Joel Quintero and SPO4 Charito Aparicio.

He said he wanted to clarify the status of Olivar who is handling cases in Bohol since his transfer to Mindanao may make it difficult for him to attend court hearings.
