THE TIGERS survived the Rams, 57-53, to log their third straight win in the 9th season of the Elite Basketball Club – Cebu over the weekend at the Visayan Glass Gym in Guadalupe, Cebu City.
Armando de Jesus scored 19 points to help the Tigers remain undefeated in the tournament.
TJ Vergara finished with 17 for the Rams, who dropped to 1-2 (win-loss).
Meanwhile, the Lions improved to 2-1 after nipping the Jaguars, 63-60. The Wolves also scored a 72-64 victory over the Stallions, the Sharks thwarted the Panthers, 63-60, and the Bulldogs defeated the Cheetahs, 65-59.
