THE JULY edition of the Cebu Executives and Professionals Chess Association (CEPCA) monthly tournament will be held this Sunday at the Knight Attack Chess Café a the Robinsons Galleria Cebu.
The tournament will use a five-round Swiss system format that will feature some of CEPCA’s best woodpushers such as Jun Kidlat who topped last year’s Group B grand finals along with CEPCA president Engr. Jerry Maratas, Ruel Hortelano, Mario Bustillo, Manny Abucay, Bob Inocian, Eddy Flores, Kidd Salazar, Joe Atillo, Manny Manzanares, Tony Barade and Louie Alalim.
The winning woodpusher will join fellow CEPCA players who topped other monthly finals in the grand finals slated December.
