Colliers Int’l inks deal to manage Taft Properties’ Horizons 101

A HOMEGROWN property company has partnered with a Canadian commercial real estate management company to manage its flagship condominium project, Horizons 101.

According to Taft Properties in a statement, it has hired Colliers International Philippines to take charge of the operations of Horizons 101, which is considered Cebu’s tallest condominium development.

“Colliers International-Philippines will be in charge of the operations of the building which covers management, supervision, improvement and upkeep of the project. The Canadian firm will also see to the technical operation and maintenance of various building equipment as well as management of the financial aspects of the building operations,” said Taft Properties.

Colliers International is based in Toronto Canada and is considered a leading global commercial real estate company that offers comprehensive services to investors and property owners. The firm set up shop in the country in 1994.

Horizons 101 is a mixed-use property along Gen. Maxilom Avenue in Cebu City. It is is made up of two towers: Tower 1 with 55 floors and Tower 2 with 46 floors.
