Williams, Camero win Cebu Tenpin Bowling Association weekly plums
TERRENCE Williams and Rose Camero took the top spots in the Cebu Tenpin Bowling Association (Cetba) Friday group weekly tournament last Friday at the SM City Cebu bowling center.
Williams had 817 pinfalls while Camero knocked down 749 pins to secure the men’s and women’s crowns, respectively.
Tony Calo (815) and Marvin Sevilla (798) settled for second and third places, respectively.
Fourth to 10th placers in the men’s division were Makoto Osada (790), Fred Torrequemada (787), Bong Emborgo (781), Docdoc Gothong (768), Jefferson Tan (762), Joseph Yu (760) and Edgar Cortes (756), respectively.
Johna Calipay (713) and Baby Bacon (701) served as Camero’s runners-up, in the women’s competition.
A total of 25 bowlers who are all members of Cetba competed in the tournament.
The winning bowlers each week will advance in the monthly tournament. Cash prizes were given to the winning bowlers.
